This one is close to my heart. Growing up my friend Christina and I would make these with her mom. If you have never had an apple dumpling... now is your chance. These babies scream fall. Delicious Ohio apple wrapped in pie dough hollowed out and filled with cinnamon sugar making it a cousin of the apple pie but some would say better. Throw some vanilla ice cream on top and I'll see ya.
